Young Readers Day

We have taught our children how to read but forgotten to teach them to want to read. The newest discoveries recommend daily reading to children from six months of age.

The school celebrated “Young Readers’ Day” on November 10, 2009 in order to develop the habit of reading from early ages. All the teachers make their students realize the importance of reading and the students went into the libraries and tried to read different books placed there. In doing so, we will create lifetime readers instead of schooltime readers.
